of an activity in the afternoon. Here are some examples of what is on offer:
Sports: horse riding, swimming, walking,
tennis, badminton, golf
Arts: visiting art galleries and exhibitions; painting lessons with a local artist
History: visiting museums, National Trust properties, towns such as Battle and Rye
Literature: Bateman’s - the home of Rudyard Kipling, Pooh Stick’s Bridge in Ashdown Forest
Cooking: bake cupcakes or a traditional English afternoon tea
Music: visit Finchcocks, home to over 100 keyboard instruments; go to a local concert
